Simply let us know by email or telephone within 14 days of receiving your purchase that you would like to return it. Please quote your order number. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. Any goods returned should be in unused/saleable condition. You are responsible for return costs and insurance. We will refund the cost of goods, but not postage or (for international orders) any customs or other fees incurred. We will aim to refund you within 7 days following the return of goods to us.
December extension: Returns period extended to 31 January for all orders placed in December.
This policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
